• Preferred: *.pdf
• Acceptable: *.zip, *.jpg (300dpi), *.ai, *.psd, *.tiff, *.png

FILE NAME

• 1. DO NOT use the following in your file name: – Punctuation marks (ie. ! ? ( ) [ ] { } : / “ ; , . etc.) – Symbols / General Typography (ie. @ # * $ % + & > ~ etc.) – Unicodes (ie. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
• Except for hyphen ( – ) and underscore ( _ ), please refrain from adding punctuation marks, symbols or foreign types to your file name as it will become illegible when you upload your file to us, thereby making it difficult for us to identify your file. Hence, best keep it simple with alphanumeric file names.

SEND FILE METHOD

• You can upload your artwork file to us during the ordering process if your file size is smaller than 20mb*
• If you do not have the file at the moment of order, you can always place the order and send us the files through the form below
• For filesize larger than 20MB, please upload them through large file sender platform online and send us the links to download instead.
